Processing plant for organic and conventional cereal with corresponding warehouse under sub-measure 4.2 Support for investments in the processing, marketing and/or development of agricultural products.
SUMMARY
Company ŽIPO livestock farming and agriculture Lenart d. o. o. (Ltd) has dealt with field crop production and fatling breeding for many years. Recently, the company has spread its activities to electricity production (photovoltaics) and to cereal and corn drying and storing. Stable business, competitive assertion on the market, innovative technology and new products are the conditions for the further growth and development of our company. It is important to adapt quickly to the market circumstances, to use modern technologies and to round the production process. Based on the market analysis we adapted our business aims, which show that the development of our company will be ensured with the introduction of new products and investments into the building of the processing plant for organic and conventional cereal with corresponding warehouse in the period of 2018 -2032 and later. This will enable processing agricultural products into agricultural products and merging stages of processing and storing cereal and, further on, upgrading and sensibly rounding up the existing agricultural and economic buildings of the company at Šetarova.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
The investment, under the M4.2 includes the building of the processing plant for organic and conventional cereal (size 860.00 m2) with the corresponding warehouse for the purpose of agricultural products processing (size 1083.35 m2) and the purchase of machinery for cereal milling.
AIMS
The aim of the investment of the processing plant building and the implantation of new products is to improve the competitive situation of the company and to enable its long-term existence.
EXPECTED RESULTS
The expected results are the following: implementation of new innovative technologies, implementation of new quality agricultural products, the expansion of company’s activities, raised productivity, raised quality and reaching higher value-added agricultural products, bigger expenditure effectiveness, etc.
